WELLINGTON COLLISION TWO MOTOR-CARS WRECKED

(From Our Resident Reporter. ) WELLINGTON, Sunday.

Two motor-cars were wret Ved and four persons injured when the two vehicles met with terrific Impact at the intersection of Manners Street and Willis Street this afternoon. One of the cars skidded *»n a distance of 20ft and crashed into a telegraph pole. Miss Doris Franklyn, aged 14, received head injuries; Mr. George Harding, aged 21, suffered injuries to the shoulders; Mr. John Exton, aged 23, head injuries; and Mr. Frank Cecil Cook, concussion. Miss Franklyn and Mr. Exton are in hospital. Mr. Cooke and Mr. Harding, after receiving treatment at the hospital, were taken to their homes.
