ART GALLERY FOUNDATIONSTONE LAID Press Association CHRISTCHURCH, To-day. The jubilee celebrations of the city continued to-day, and in spite of dull weather the various functions were largely attended. This morning the foundation stone of the new Art Gallery in the Botanic Gardens was laid, and at noon members of the Cabinet and other prominent visitors attended an official luncheon.
