WIFE NOT PROVIDED FOR DECREE NISI GRANTED On the grounds of failure to maintain, Doreen Ross (Mr. Schramm) was granted an annulment of her marriage with Louis Douglas Ross by Mr. Justice Blair at the Supreme Court this morning. Petitioner stated that she married respondent on October 8, 1920, and a separation order was granted in 1924. Since the order was made he had paid nothing. A few days later he left Auckland. and, it was believed, went to Australia. Petitioner had neither seen nor heard of him since. A. decree nisi, to be made absolute in three months, was granted.
