LORD OURZON’S VIEWS. United Press Association.—By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright. Received June 11, 845. a.m, London, June 10. Lord Ourzon, in a speech at the Colonial Institute, declared that any concession to Indian aspirations must bn qualified by the consideration that no breach would be allowed in the citadel of sovereignty. He warned his countrymen that they had not heard the last of the party aiming at their expulsion. Its methods could only be met swerving'repression.
