THE GRAIN MARKET. Per Press Association. Dnnedin, March 3. There is fair demand for prime milling wheat, and a moderate amoant of business is psasing at from 3s 9d to 3s lOd, sacks extra, on trucks at country sidings; and, considering the tone of the London market, the present level of va'ues is likely to be maintained. Fowl wheat, scarce, and in small lots, is fetching more than milling. There is no improvement in the demand for oats. A few sales are effected to local buyers and‘shippers, but the market remains flat. Prime milling Is 5%d, best bright short feed Is to Is sd, inferior to medium Is 3d to Is 4d ex store, sacks extra.
