United Press Association—Bv Elec-: trie Telegraph—Copyright. Received January 18, 9.35 a.m. January 12. The first section of the German cable to Pernambuco will be laid from Barknm to Teneriffe, the second thence to Monrovia in 1909, the third from Monrovia to Pernambuco early in 1910.
