Record entries have been received for tho Axeninn's Championship Carnival at Elfcham on Djceuibar 26th and 27th, being 13 above the total of last year, 249 axemen and sawyers bsing nominated for eleven ovents. Lato entries are expected from Victoria and Tasmania.. Thoro are fifty entries for the Axemen's j Cap of £l4O and thirteen pairs for tho doublo handed sawing championship.
