The hfew Business will be under the designation of the WANGANUI SEED COMP’Y, And will be conducted by, and under the sole management of Mr-J, LOCKHART, well and favourably known to Farmers and Horticulturists in this district as a Seed Expert, and who enjoys a high reputation as such m the British and Colonial Seed Trade. The business of the Wanganui Seed Company will bo installed in the new extension of Messrs Hetrick & Co.’s fine Warehouse, The ample accommodation provided will enable Mr Lockhart to deal thoroughly and extensively with every debartment of the business, including—

Grass, Clover & Root Crop Seeds Vegetable and Flower Seeds Seed Grain, Seed Potatoes. Manures, etc. Extensive contracts for direct sup. plies of the above have already been completed by Mr Lockhart; and those will bo available for Spring & Autumn trade.
