At the half yearly meeting of the Commercial Banking Company of Sydney it was announced that the profits were £97,G00. A dividend of 10 per cent was declared, £30,000 added to the reserve, and £37,000 carried forward.

In commemoration of his 00 years’ connection with the bank it was decided to present Mr Dibbs, general manager, with a service of plate, and to have his portrait hung in tho bank.
