Mclntyre, the late superintendent of awards at the Exhibition, Mr Hall-Jones said the matter was now in the bands of the Justice Department. Mclntyre wpuld be brought back to New Zealand, April 24, The Minister of Justice states that Government has net yet obtained sufficient evidnece to warrant applying for and extradition of Mclntyre, but an officer has been specially detached to make inquiries, and the result will be known this evening.
