To the Editor. ,>i». —In connection with our carnival are many guessing competitions, etc.. and several are being run by young men and girls. This is alright, but what's to stop "anyone" raking in sixpences and shillings: Why not get all books sitrned by the Secretary? Those having books should certainly have authority.—Yours, etc.. 2J*
