Captain Bax will leave Otaki on Thursday lo enter the Wellington Lo.pital. where he will undergo tm operation. Mr and Mr- R. Cann, late of the Jubilee Hotel. Otaki, have decided 10 take over an hotel at Nelson. Mrs Cann T\r.s in Otaki on Saturday. Mr l\ Dorgun, of the Otaki Railway staff, was married on Saturday at St. Mary's Church to Mis- Quinlan, of Palmerston North and late of Ireland.
