MARINO. —In loving memory of my dearest daughter, and our loving sister, Elena, who passed away peacefully in Otaki Hospital on November 26th, 1918. In loving memory of our Eler.a dear; If her sweet voice once more we could only hear; It’s just a year ago to-day since you kissed us all good;bye: Shadows of your bright sunny face are only wiped with tears from our eyes. It’s now twelve months ago since our loving one parted from us. And it was morning light when we were called upon in sighs and tears. Our hearts ached again, and our thoughts to-day. arc deeply with her. —lnserted by her loving mother,- sister and brothers, Tc Horo. OLDFIELD. —In memory of my dear mother, who passed away on 13th | October, 1900. The memory pride is more than gold, A mother’s worth cannot be told, Her loved ones now who miss her hero Will always hold her memory dear. Gone and left u.\ sad and lonely. How we miss her loving face, True and tender-hearted, None can fill her vacant place. —lnserted by her loving daughter, i Maud Oldfield. OLDFIELD. —In memory of my dear father, who passed away on November 26, 1918. Dear dad is gone, but not forgotten, Nor the good advice he gave; Sweetest thoughts shall ever linger Round our darling father’s grave. A better father never lived, Nor one more true and kind: His equal, in this weary world You’ll very rarely find. His heart was always in his home, He tried and did his best. Until a message came one day: God called him home to rest. —lnserted by his loving daughter, A. M. Oldfield.
