ENGLISHWOMAN ARRESTED IN STOCKHOLM

Stockholm, Oct. 18. An Englishwoman, Baroness von Stackelberg, who was recently arrested, was charged with informing the British Legation at Helsinki of German troop movements. She is reported to be ill in the State prison in Helsinki. Her husband is serving with the Finnish army.—P.A.
