PLANE PILOT SENT FOR TRIAL

Wafga H’agga, Oct. 6. At an inquest at Narrandera to-day into the death of L.A.C. Gerald Francis Ryan, R.A.A.F. trainee Mr J. S. Dickson, coroner, found that Ryan died from injuries received when the tender in which he was travelling was struck by an aircraft then being negligently piloted by Sergeant Kenneth Munro Gregor. The coroner found that Gregor had feloniously slain Ryan, and committed him for trial at Narrandera Quarter Sessions on 15th November. Bail of £SO was allowed.
