A .Winnipeg message reports that wheat fields •in some sections of the prairie province were near ruin through lack of moisture. Wheat prices jumped eleven and five-eighths cents a bushel to-day, establishing record levels for the present season. NEW YORK, 15th July. The Chicago- "Tribunal" slates that continuance of drought, and hot weather on the Canadian prairies forced wheat upwards nearly nine cents a bushel today
