Harper.— Action f o recover Os 5d made up of the following items:— To money-hadand receired by the defendant, and unlawfully detained Tay the "defendant upon certein items of his account, viz. balance of rent received from Pascoe since account was rendered £3; Notice to quit to serve on Pascoe 17b 2d; attending Mr Wright re tern.B renewal of mortgage 6s 8d; all Mr Richardson's account £15 lis 4d (excepting the first two items £3 19i) £11 12s idcommission on £370, £9 ss; stampa 2a iod; balance in hand, less £10 paid, 1 6s sd. Total £26 Os sd. Mr Acton Adams appeared for the plaintiff and Mr Pitt Sot iha defendant Judgment for £6 5s ltd aod costs £4 6s. : Knight v. Cundy —Action to recover £26 cash lent. Judgment for £18 and costs £3 13a. Mr Fell appeared for the plaintiff.
