Usher v. Mrs Jones (of Danedin.)— Action to recover £1 5s for boots supplied. Judgment for amount claimed and costs. 0 Connor v. Stewart.— Fraud summons for £10. The case was adjourned in order to allow evidence to be obtained of the defendant's means, he being now resident at Cnbden. Mr Bunny appeared for the plaintiff.
