Captain Edwin reported at 1'53 p.m. :— "Bad weather approaching between northeast, and north and we3t. Glass will further fall. In'ijatio's show rain." The- Kennedy arrived at Hokitika this morning, aud leaves there for Greyinouth to-morrow. The Murray arrived from West Coast ports this morning, and leaves for Wellington direct at 8 o'clock tbis evening. The Wallace arrmd at Weatport this morning, and leaves there for Karamea and NelsoD to-night. The Charles Edward left Greytnouth this morning, and leaves Weatport to-night, arriving here tomorrow right. She proceeds to Wellington on Monday evening. The Grafton will arrive here from West Coast ports od Monday morning, and sail by the same tide at 9 a.m. for Wellington and Lyttelton. The Reward left Waitapa for Lyttelton last eight with a cargo of timber. The Croydon Lass left Lytteltoc for Nelson yesterday. * The Hero proceeds from Port Chalmers via .Lyttelton and We3t Coast to Newcastle and Melbourne. The Taiaroa leaves Wellington at noon on Monday, will arrive here on Tuesday morning, and sail by the same tide at noon for Picton, Wellington, Lyttelton, and Dunedin. The Hawea sailed for Picton, Wellington, Taranaki, and Manukau at 11 a.m. to-day with the ontwird Sun Francisco mail. She will reach Wellington early to-morrow morning, and leaves there for North in foe aftf raoon on arrival of the Taia:oa with the Southern portion of the mail.
