Melbourne, Sunday. The Hou. Graham Berry made a speech last evening, in which he referred to tbo present position of the Reform question. He spoke in somewhat guarded terms, but stated that; the Government would not accept the Council's amendments to the Bill. He further slated that he did not deem a dissolution of Parliament was necessary in the present crisis. It is announced that the awards of the Exhibition will bo officially gazetted in a fortnight and that the medals will be issued in August next.
