The Wallace was placed on the gridiron this morning to be cleaned and painted. She sails for Wellington direct at 7 p.m. on Monday. The Penguin leaves Wellington at 1 pin on Monday, will arrive here on Tuesday morning, and sail by the same tide at lO'3O a.m. for Picton, Wellington, Lyttelton, and Dnnedin. The Charles Edward left Wellington at 6 o'clock last night, and experienced a N.W. gale with heavy sea during the night, arriving here at 830 a.tr. to-day. She sails for West Coast ports at 11 a.m. to-morrow. The barque Arabella arrived at Wellington yesterday from London, which port she left on February 9.
