Melbourne, Wednesday. The Intercolonial Conference now sitting is making satisfactory progress with the horder duties and Chinese questions. Sailed— llotorua for ihe Bluff. Thursday. In the six days' walking tournament which commenced on Monday Baker, Seymour, and Swan (of New Zealand) had each done 156 miles up to midnight last night. Six competitors now remain in. Adelaide, Thursday. The Court of Enquiry into the stranding of the Sorata, which has been sitting some days, has now decided that it has no jurisdiction in the matter.
