No furniture was saved. Invercargill, Monday. The lease of run No. 415, Takatimos, consisting of 44,000 acres, was submitted at auction to-day and purchased by a company of four at the upset price of £5 yearly, and the assessement of a similar amount. The property is overrun with rabbits, and it is believed that tbe lessees intend making their profits from ihis source.
