Orders were made iv (hese matters to register probates in lieu of the original wills, on application of Mr Pitt. lie W. Colcman deceased. A like order was made on the application of Mr Tell. Colonial Bank v. Bettany. Order made by consent for defendant to have leave to withdraw his plea. Too que«tijn of costs was reserved until a motion was made for a decree, with the understanding that no motion was to be made for fourteen daj-s. Admission to the Bar. J. G. Collins, Esq., was admitted as a barrister and solicitor of the Supreme Court of New Zealand. Monday, June 21. On the application of Mr Percy Adams, on behalf of Mr Wad man, for an order restraining the District Land Jlegistrar from bringing land belonging to the Baptist Church trustees under the Land Transfer, Mr Pitt, for the trustees, took exception to Mr Wadman proceeding by way of summons intead of by a suit, and also that proceedings should be moved before the Court and not the Judge . His Honor upheld the objections, and refused the order with costs £5 ss,
