Latest news from Afghanistan announces fnrther fighting at Ghuznee. The hostile tribes were again assuming a threatening aspect, and General Stewart consequently attacked and dislodged them from tbe heights surrounding Ghuznee. The enemy have retreated to the mountainous country beyond the city. Intelligence has also been received of the resumption of hostilities at Cabul. The Afghans, attacked Generals Jenkins and Macpherson at Charasiat, hut after heavy fighting were repulsed with severe loss. The British losb during the action was trifling. . .__ .. . i
