To the Editor op the 'Evening Mail.' Sir — In reference to a paragraph iv your issue of to-day, I think you will find that five Sundays occur in February every 28 years. There were five Sundays in February in 1824 and 1852, and the present year 1880. The next time it will occur ia 1908. I am, &c, M. T. February 2, 1880.
