Walker, De Beer, Kelly, Simpson, Braithwaite, Bray, Seward, Gunn, Windle, Griffiths, Atkinson, Heme, Jones, Craig, and 5 in the steerage. BAILED. Steamer Charles Edward, from West Coast, August 14 Steamer Taiaroa, frora Taranaki and Manukau, August 14 Schooner Marmion, from Kaipara Barque Harmodiua, from London The Lytteltou leaves for Blenheim at 8 o'clock to-morrow morning. The Charles Edward at Greymouth and Murray at Westport have not beon able to move to-day. The Kennedy leaves for West Coast ports at 8 o'clock to-morrow morning. The Wallace arrived from Wanganui this morning. She leaves for Wellington direct at 2 p.m. to-morrow. Tbe Ocean Bird is filled up with coal for Wanganui, and will sail for that port on the firat appearance of fine weather. Thc Wanganui has been unable to work Greymouth and consequently had to discharge her cargo for that port at Westport. She has returned South. The Wellington arrived in harbor at 2 p.m. to-day, having left Wellington at 9 p m. yesterday, and Picton at 515 this morning. She brings a large number of passengere and 40 tons of cargo. Having a large quantity of cargo to take on board the Wellington was unable to get away by 4he same tide, and her departure was consequently postponed until twelve o'clock to-night, when ahe will sail for Picton and Wellington. The annual meeting of the New Zealand

amppmg Company will be held at Christcharch to-morrcw, when it is expected that a favorable report will be presented, although a loss is likely to be shown by the experiment the company made in sending out the ateamer Stad Haarlem.
