IMPERIAL SCHIEDAMJiCHNAPPS. Ds. Hassall's Report. The Analytical end Sanitary Institution, 54, Holborn Viaduct, E C. London, 9th May, 1877. Report on a Sample of Imperial Schiedam Schnapps received from Mr H. J. Hart. We have subjected a sample of the abovenamed article to a very carefnl chemical analysis and examination. The s results of the analysis, which are se forth in a separate report show that this spirit ia of good strength, practically free from acidity, and that it contains but traces of solid matter in solution. It 'possesses a delicate and ag?eeable aroma, and a pure and mild taste. Mr Hart's Schiedam Schnapps is a very superior article of its class, is well purified, and is quite genuine. (Signed) Arthur H. Hassah., M.D., Author of «« Food and its Adulteration." Oxto Hewer, F. 0.5.; Public Analyst. iSfifa* ilPl f§NP^ limn Wst. Johnson's Rbfobt. Government Analytical Laboratory, • Melbourne, 23rd July, 1877. Bfflra? J. Ba»t, JEgfl. Sir,— £ have the honor ;to report for your information that the fam pie of Imperial Schiedam Schnapps forwarded by you ma has been submitted to a searching chemical analysis and critical examination, the result of which enables me to state that it is the Finest Sample.oi Schnapps that as yet come under my notice. ; It has a pure fragrant odour, and is absolutely free from any trace of fnoll or other injurious imparity, and has evidently I been distilled from superior rye groin, olwaya used instead of malt in the production of the choicest qualities of Schnapps. It is; very smooth to the palate, and in thii respect compare s favourably with other samples offered for gale. It may be advised as equallyl suitable for medical or economic parpesee. . I have the. honour to be, g-c., j .' (Bigned) Wm. Johnsou, Analytical Chetnfst to the Government of "Victoria. ! This Pure Medical Spirt, Superior to any in the Market, and Lower in Price, is offered to the Public underthe full conviction that it will supersede all others now in use. i i < A TRIAL IS EABNESTLT SOLICITED^ : N.
