The next sittings of the Supreme Court will commence on Wednesday the 10th inst. before Mr Justice llichmond. A cattle stealing case from Westport is the only one on the calendar. There is but one civil case set down for hearing, namely, that of AlcNaroara v. the Norwich Union Company to recover the amouut of insurance on defendant's store which was burnt down at Takaka.
