She will arrive here late this evening and sail for Wellington and Lyttelton at 11 a.m. to-morrow. The WelliDgton left Wellington this afternoon, will arrive here to-morrow morning, and return to Picton and Wellington at 11 a.m. on Saturday. A capital opportunity of visit'mg Canterbury during the race week is afforded by the Wellington, which leaves on Saturday morning for Wellington, where she will connect with toe Taupo, which steamer niakes an excursion trip from Wellington leaving there for Lyttelton on Monday. H.M.S. Cormorant, which left Plymouth in August for Australia to relieve the Sapphire sprung a leak before she got clear of the Channel, and put back. The Emerald was sent on in her place.
