William Acton Blakeway Adams was charged with driving without lights on Monday night iv contravention of the city bye-laws. Fined 10s aud costs, the Chairman stating that the Bench considered thia a more serious offence than the former one. USING OBSCENE LANGUAGE. Robert Burns, charged with being drunk and Using obscene language iri Nile-street west, was fiued ius and costs for the flrsfc offence, and £\ and costs for the second.
