We kave subjected a s mple of the abovenamed article to a very cut eful chemical analysis and examination. The results of the tnalysis, which are se forth in a separate report show tbat thia spirit is pf gcod strength, practically free from acidity, and that it contains but traces of solid mutter in toluiirn. It possesses a celicate and Pgreeslile aroma, and a pure and mild taste. Air Hart's Schiedam hebnapps is a verj superior article of its clbbs, is well puiitied, and is quite genuine. It hss a pure fragrant odour, snd is absolutely free from any trace of fu'il or other injurious impurity, and has evidently been-' distilled from superior rye gr>-in, olways used instead of malt in the production of the choicest qualities of Schnapps It is very smooth «o the palatp, aud in thi s respect corapari s favourably with other samples offered tor sale.
