COMMERCIAL. Messrs Sharp and Pickering had a large attendance at their land sale to-day, only two lots, however, found purchasers, viz., the property at present occupied by H. Davis and Co., haviug a frontage of 20ft to Bridgestreet, together with 28 acres 3 roods in Collingwood, a suburban eection, for £680. Part of sections 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, aud 18, Gibbs Town Collingwood, with 322ft frontage to Tasman-street for £170. The remaining lots were withdrawn, the bidding not coming up to the reserves placed on them by the auctioneers.
