The Murray sailed for West Coast ports at 3.30 p.m. to-day. The Lyttelton left Blenheim for Wellington at 9 'clock this morning. The Kennedy will arrive at Greymouth from H< kitika this afternoon. The Charles Edward wa.s to leave Wanganui for Nelson at 1 p.m. to-day, will arrive to-morrow, and sail for West Coast ports on Sunday morning, The Taiaroa leaves Lyttelton to-day, and vvill arrive here on Saturday morning, leaving the same day for Taranaki and Manukau with the outward San Francisco mail. The Chaudiere broke bulk this morning ■and commenced discharging her cargo, which is in splendid condition. She -will not have the use of the steam winch this week, owing to the bulk Hera being engaged, so that the Work of discharging will not be very fast until next week. The Albion arrived from Melbourne via West Coast ports this afternoon, having been on the Coast since Monday last, the telegraph having been reticent as to her whereabouts during that time. She sails for Melbourne via South this evening at twelve o'clock. The Union Company's s.s. Wellington, Captain M'Gee, arrived in harbor this afternoon at 1.45. She left Wellington at 10 pm. yesterday, and reached Picton at 2.45 this morning; sailed at 4.40 a.m., and arrived here as above. Experienced N.W. winds as far as the French Pass, thence S.W. winds. The Wellington will remain here until 1 p.m! on Saturday, when she will sail for Picton and Wellington The Union Company's s.s. Taranaki, Capt. Malcolm, arrived in harbor last evening shortly after eleven o'clock. She left Onehunga Wharf at 12.30 p.m. on the 23rd, and experienced a fresh N.W. wind with thick weather and heavy beam sea until arrival in Taranaki roadstead at 7 a.m. yesterday; lauded passengers and cargo and sailed for Nelson at 9,30 a.m., arriving here as above. The Taranaki met with quick despatch here, Bailing at one o'clock this morning for Wellington and South.
