Sib,— Referring to the letter in your issue of yesterday, signed " Petty Officer, Tent No. 20," concerning the presentation to All Saints' Sunday school, raised at, the Camp, and by which it appears that the fact of Seaman Graham's name not having been mentioned by me has caused some dissatia-
faction, I ae'Sire lei say ttiafc alt'h'ougft, atf I think Seaman Graham will &dijhit, I was the proposer of the f and g6ing to the All Saints' Sunday school, yet when I proposed it he &t> once agreed to the proposition, and 1 is as much entitled as myself to whatever praise there may be in the matter. What I did was for the. Honor and credit of my shipmates, Wit b'eins tnacoustomed to speechifying, and' also taken all aback" when called out' ou parade to make the presentation, 1 almost lost my reckoning, and It did not then occtlr' to me to mention anything about Seaman Graham, but I can assure him I had no wish to deprive him of, any credit due to him.
