Stone r, Saturday. Mr. Parkes is still endeavoring to form a Ministry. Mr. Clarke, hydraulic engineer, who is at present in Adelaide, leaves for Christchurch and Wellington in six weeks. The subscriptions raised in New South Wales for the Indian Famine Euua amount to £13,000.
