The Wellington arrived yesterday afternoon after a smart run of 7f hsurs from Picton, and fifteen from Wellington, including detention at Picton. She brought back the excursionists, and also 41 Chinamen who nt once proceeded to the West Coast by the Kennedy, which had steam up awaiting the arrival of the Wellington.
