Feidat, November 17. Present : All- the members except Mr. Hounsell. A letter was received from Mr. G, Fleming requesting permission to convey the waste water from his engine in Hopestreet to the ditch in Kelwyn-place. Resolved , That as the Board have no jurisdiction over Hope-street, any drain- > age anto Selwyn-place he niay require must be arranged with Messrs.
