— — o To the Editor of the Nelson Evening Mail. Sir— May T, by your kindness, be permitted to say a few words to the. public of Nelsou with respect to the "Nelson Mutual Improvement Association." An attempt has been made, and with some degree of success, to reorganise the society this week, and it remains with the young men' and others of Nelson to say whether it shall prosper and become beneficial to them, or again lapse^ and die out.
