A DRIPPING WATER-TAP.
Soinoiimos an ordinary water-tap drips and causes much annoyance. No matter how munch pressure is put to bear on the tap by hand, it will not turn off completely. A good thing to do is to take an ordinary clothes-peg,
and place this horizontally upon the tap, so that the tap fits into tbe open part of the peg. Tie tho peg securely with a piece of string, and an effective handle will be made which will turn oft the water quite easily.
