NEW YORK. June 9. Mechanics are working' feverishly in the Buffalo airport overhauling a fleet of naval reserve combat scouting ’planes flown from widely scattered bases throughout the country and destined for the Allies. Fifty-one have already arrived. A police guard kept spectators 1000 ft from the field.
