Westminster Cathedral was well filled with diplomats, High Commissioners, the Agents-General, Mrs Chamberlain also attending, for Solemn Requiem Mass for Mr Savage. Lord Clarendon represented Their Majesties. Mr W. J. Jordan wa.s the chief mourner.
