GERMAN ELECTIONS.
BROADCASTING SPEECHES. BERLIN, April 22. The election speeches of Herr Marx and Field-Marshal non Hindenburg will be wirelessly broadcasted on the 24th inst. An application by tho Communist candidate, Herr Thaelmann, for a. similar privilege, was refused by the Minister of the Interior on the ground that the Communist Party was unable to comply with the condition that parties supporting candidates will wot strive to alter the constitution.—A. and N.E. cable.
