NOTICE is hereby given that at the next meeting of the Council to be held on the 9th May 1925, the following General Rato will be struck for the year ending 31st March, 1926, under the provisions of the Rating Act 1908, of eleven-sixteenths of a penny in tho £ on all the capital rateable value of all the rateable property in tho AWAHOU RIDING; of fiveeighths of a penny in the £ on the Capital Rateable value of all the Rateable propety in the COAL CREEK RIDING; of five-eighths of a penny in tho £ on the Capital Rateable value of all the Rateable Property in the MANGAONE RIDING; of three-quarters of a penuv in the £ on the Capital Rateable value of all the Rateable Property in the MANGAPIKOPIKO RIDING; of eleven-sixteenths of a penny in tho £ on the Capital Rateable value of all the Rateable Property in the POH ANGINA RIDING; of three-quarters of a penny in the £ on the Capital Rateable value of all the Rateable Property in the TAMAKI RIDING; of five-sixths of a penny in the £ on tho Capital Rateable value of all the Rateable Property in the UMUTOI RIDING. Also a Hospital and Charitable Aid Board Rate of one-seventh of a penny in the £ on the Capital Rateable Value of all the Rateable property within the County of Ponhangina. The whole of the above rates are to bo for the period commencing on the Ist day of April, 1925, and ending on the 31st clay of March, 1920, and to be payable in one sum on the Bth day of June, 1925, at the Council Office, Pohangina.
