-« MARITAL RELATIONS IN LAW. AN IMPORTANT DECISION. [press association.] BRISBANE, Feb. 5. A peculiar point was raised at the District Court. A man was charged with, setting fire to his wife's, house. Counsel contended that under the i law no husband or wife cohabiting j can incur criminal responsibility by doing or omitting any act regarding the .prosperity of the other. The judge upheld the contention and dismissed the case.
