In their Grst inuings, the Australians scored 152. The Home team lost six wickets for 104. (Received July 19, 1.50 a.m.) July 17. The cricket match, Australians v. Steel's eleven, was continued at Liverpool to-day. The Home team are all out for 204. The Australians commenced their second innings, and lost eight wickets for 141, when play was stopped owing to the inclemency of the weather; Scott scoring 88, bowled. Golding, of Tasmania, was the ouly Australian competitor, who scored 164, but was ineligible to compete in the final stage. The following prizes were won by Australians :—Sergt. Grimes (Queensland) £2, in the first stage for the Queen's prize ; Lieut. A. B. Fenn (New South Wales), £2, in the St. George's Vase match ; Colour-Sergt. Barrow, (Queensland), third prize in the Prince of Wales' match; Oolour-Sergt. Gee (New South Wales), £3, in the same match.
