At a Meeting of the Borough Council, 13th May, 18SG, it was resolved that the following Bye-Law No. 12 be made:— “That the Council be empowered to alter or repeal any of the Borough ByeLaws by giving seven days’ notice thereof, and by notifying the same by one week’s insertion in the local newspaper.” NOTICE is hereby given, in accordance with the “Municipal Corporations Act, 1876,” that the above BYE-LAW will lie CONFIRMED at a sitting to be held on THURSDAY, 10ih JUNE,. 1886.
