A warrant was issued to-day, at the instance of private ci editors, for the apprehension of Mr Holt. Arrived, the steamship Te Anau, from Auckland. (Received March 30, 12.45 p.m.) March 30. A circular has been issued to the Governments of the various Australian Colonies by the Premier, Sir Patrick Jennings, stating that the Government of New South Wales is not disposed to take any active opposition to the negotiations now going on in regard to the New Hebrides question, provided France gives the necessary guarantee not to deport recidivistes to the Pacific Islands. Arrived, yesterday morning, the steamship Wakatipu, from Wellington.
