[REUTERS TELEGRAMS.] By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright. STEAMSHIP MOVEMENTS. THE NEW ZEALAND HORSES AT RANDWICK. QUARANTINING VESSELS ARRIVING FROM MARSEILLES. (Received August 13, 10 p.m.) Sydney, August 13. The Pacific Mail Company's Royal Mail steamship City of Sydney with the Homeward 'Frisco mail, left this afternoon for Auckland. The Union Company's steamship Wakatipu sailed for Wellington this afternoon. The New Zealand horseß in training at Randwick are working well. A proclamation has been issued notifying that all vessels arriving from French ports will be placed in quarantine, in consequence of the presence of cholera at Marseilles. Melbourne, August 13. The Messageries Maritimes steamship Oceanien arrived here to-day from Sydney, and was immediately ordered into quarantine, the authorities refusing to give her a bill of health.
