It is expected that to-morrow, Tuesday, Government will ask the House of Commons for a vote of six millions to defray the expenses of the military preparations now being carried on. Tenerifbe, April 16. The New Zealand Shipping Company's R.M.S. Tongariro sailed this afternoon for New Zealand, via the Cape.
